How to get to Arirang Course
The Arirang Course is themed on the saga novel Arirang. It links 13 places in order, from the Modern History Museum to Munchang Elementary School. It passes the floating pier and railroad at Gunsan Port, where the novel's story begins, and the former Joseon Bank and Japanese 18th Bank buildings. It then goes by Wolmyeong Lake and Haemanggul Tunnel to Okgu Reservoir and Yeoldaeja Village in Miseong-dong. The Modern History Museum, Honam Customs Museum and Modern Art Museum near the start of the course are closed every Monday.
